1. How To Order?
1) You send us the Purchase Order with all details needed, or if not convenient, just tell us the model no. and quantity you want.
2) We will send you a proforma invoice by email so that you can confirm all details.
3) You arrange payment against the PI and send us the bank slip for checking.
4) We arrange the production.
5) When the goods are ready for shipment, we will inform you to confirm and then start to ship.
6) We will send you tracking no. after shipment for further checking.
2. Payment Terms
Nowadays we accept T/T, W/U, and Paypal.
3. Shipping Ways
We ship through DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, or ordinary air shipment as specified.
4. After-Sales Service
1) All of our products are carefully checked by quality persons before shipment.
2) In case of any defective products, we will replace them in your next order.
3) If the defective rate is exceeding 0.5%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4) In such a case, the buyer pays for the shipping cost of the return and we pay for the shipping cost of sending replacements.
